This service is online or in-person. This service is designated for individuals or couples to process and explore their thoughts and feelings in a safe environment. Typically, sessions are recommended weekly.
Insurance accepted: Aetna, Optum/United Healthcare, Tri-Care East, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Cigna.
Couple sessions are private-pay only.

Counseling Groups
This service is online or in-person groups for learning how to manage anxiety and depression more effectively and work through providing support for each individual while in the group setting. This service can assist those needing additional support in learning and practicing skills in a group setting. This will be a closed group, with an 8-week schedule rotating throughout the year. These sessions are private-pay only.

Consulting
This service is online and in-person. This time will be to provide supervision sessions and assist registered mental health interns with state guidelines and ensure the intern act within their established scope of practice providing the appropriate standard of care for each client of the intern, as well as following all Florida state laws, and regulations. Group and individual sessions will be available.

Good Faith Estimate Notice
YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO RECEIVE A “GOOD FAITH ESTIMATE” EXPLAINING HOW MUCH YOUR MEDICAL CARE WILL COST
Under the law, healthcare providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
· You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
· Make sure your healthcare provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
· If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
· Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
